Griffin Technical College, also known as GTC, is a public, two-year, post-secondary college situated in Griffin, Georgia, United States. It was established in 1963 as the Vocational Technical School of Griffin-Spalding County Area. GTC adopted its present name in July 2000. GTC offers technical and occupational degrees, diplomas, and certificates and other learning opportunities including adult education, work force training, and continuing education in various areas of study.
GTC boasts an active student life. It works for the overall development of the students. The college offers various services, career assistance, and financial aid to students. GTC’s campus is home to various registered student clubs and organizations including the Student Leadership Council, Skills USA, Phi Beta Lambda, Student Nurses Association, and Rotaract.
