Hazard Community and Technical College, also nicknamed as HCTC, is a two-year, public college located in Hazard, Kentucky, United States. HCTC was originally created as Hazard Community College in 1968. After a few name and status changes it was renamed to its present name in 2003. The colleges operates several campuses, centers, and branches including the Lees College Campus (Jackson), Hazard Campus and Technical Campus (Hazard), the Leslie County Center, and the Knott County Branch. HCTC grants several degrees, diplomas, and certificates in diverse areas of study.

HCTC has an active student life. The campus is home to a wide variety of clubs and organizations based on the diverse interests of the students.
