ICDC College is a private, for-profit, less-than two-year College located in Los Angeles, California, The College provides career education in diverse areas of study. It was founded by Anna Berge, who has more than 18 years of experience in business training and employment. ICDC College also provides in-house job placement assistance to the students.

ICDC College offers various types of financial aid for the students. There are several training or re-training agencies through which the students of ICDC College can apply for financial assistance. Some of these agencies include The Veterans Administration, California Department of Rehabilitation, Workforce Investment Act, and Private Rehabilitation Agencies and Insurance Companies.
