Overview of ICS Canada
Founded in 1890, International Correspondence Schools (ICS) quickly became one of the world's largest distance-learning educational institutions. In its first decade of operation, the schools enrolled more than a quarter of a million students. Since that time, ICS has spawned branch institutions; one of them being Penn Foster College in the U.S. Penn Foster's Canadian counterpart is ICS Canada, which began operations in 1920. ICS Canada itself has grown throughout its eight-plus decades to where it today offers over 50 diploma programs which can be completed at-home via online study and distance learning.
