Lincoln Trail College, LTC, was established in 1969. This community college is a part of the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges, and occupies a 120-acre campus in Robinson, Illinois. It offers associate's degrees, and technical certificate programs in the fields of health information management, nursing, welding, telecommunications technology, process technology, and horticulture, among others. In addition, LTC provides online degrees in collaboration with Franklin University.

Lincoln Trail College's athletics teams, which are known as the Statesmen and the Lady Statesmen, are members of the National Junior College Athletic Association, and participate in sports like basketball, baseball, softball, and golf.
