Olney Central College is one of the four community colleges under the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges system. It was established in the 1960s and merged with Frontier Community College and Lincoln Trail College in 1969 to form the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges District. Olney Central College is located in Olney, Illinois.

Illinois Eastern Community Colleges - Olney Central College offers associate's degrees and certificate programs in the fields of accounting and computing, cosmetology, nursing, massage therapy, radiography and music, among others. Students of IECC-OCC can also opt for 4-year online degrees through Franklin University.

The men's sports teams of Olney Central College are known as the Blue Knights, while the women's teams are called the Lady Blue Knights. The teams participate in basketball, baseball and softball. The college also supports the Phi Beta Lambda society.
