The Indian Hills Community College, also known as IHCC, is a two-year, public community college located in Southeast Iowa with campuses in Ottumwa, Iowa and Centerville, Iowa, United States. The institution was founded in the year 1966. The college offers Associate of Arts and Associate of Sciences degrees in the areas of Arts and Sciences, Advanced Technologies, and Health Occupations.

IHCC offers a wide variety of student services. The campus hosts several clubs and organizations. Many graduates of IHCC have gone on to become famous. Some of them are Tom Arnold, actor; Kevin Ritz, former Major-League baseball pitcher; and Rick Upchurch, former NFL Wide Receiver.
