Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences is a private, medical school located in Kansas City, Missouri. The university was founded in 1916 as the Kansas City College of Osteopathy and Surgery. It received its present name in 2004. The university offers graduate degrees in medicine, bioethics and biomedical sciences through the following colleges:
The university has over 30 clubs and organizations for students like Students Advocating for Equality, Sports Medicine Organization, Medical Students for Integrative and Socially Responsible Medicine, and Docs for Tots, among others.
