L. E. Fletcher Technical Community College was originally established as the South Louisiana Trade School in 1948. FTCC is a member of the Louisiana Community & Technical College System. The main campus of the college is located in Houma, Louisiana. FTCC also operates the Allied Health Facility and the Louisiana Marine & Petroleum Institute.

L. E. Fletcher Technical Community College offers a wide variety of degree and certificate programs through the following academic divisions:
