Overview of LA College International
LA College International was established in 1981 to train men and women in the Los Angeles area in data processing. In the quarter century since its beginning, the school has gained accreditation, changed its name from ICT College after being purchased by American Way Education in 2006, and has expanded its scope by adding new career programs.

Although the college name has changed, it still offers computer science programs, as its predecessor did. However, the school has added career programs in other areas such as health care, graphic design, and business management.
LA College International Admissions
There are certain baseline requirements that must be met in order to be accepted. Applicants pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree need to submit evidence of a diploma from high school or an acceptable score on the GED or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE). Other requirements may apply.
Meeting the financial obligations of attending college is a necessary ingredient of a successful college experience, regardless of where a student decides to attend. LA College International participates in federal and other aid programs for the benefit of students who qualify. The school has a financial aid team to help students manage the aid process.
