Lake Land College is a public community college situated in Mattoon, Illinois. Founded in 1966, the college serves more than 7,000 students in several 2-year programs. The faculty and staff of the college have received many national and state awards for excellence in teaching.
The campus, set on nearly 308 acres of land, has 8 supportive buildings, 7 major buildings and approximately 160 acres of an agriculture land laboratory. More than 150 courses are provided online to benefit the outstation students.
