Lake Superior College is a 2-year college, which was established in 1995. It was created by the merging of the Duluth Technical College and the Duluth Community College Center. LSC is located in Duluth, Minnesota, and annually enrolls more than 4,000 students. Apart from its main campus, the college also operates a Professional Pilot Training Center at the Duluth International Airport, and an Emergency Response Training Center in Gary/ New Duluth.

Lake Superior College offers over 70 diplomas, degrees and certificate programs in technical and career fields. It also offers continuing education and online learning courses.
