Lakeland Community College, situated in Lake Country, Ohio, is a 2-year community college founded in 1967. At present, the college serves over 10,000 part and full-time students at the central campus in Kirtland, Ohio.

Lakeland Community College offers over 100 associate degrees. Courses are mainly provided during the spring semesters, with limited courses being on offer during the summer. Credit and non-credit study courses are provided at the 3 off-site centers. The off-site locations include:

  • Madison
  • Painesville
  • Willowick

The college's sports teams are nicknamed the Lakers. The college has men's sports teams in soccer, golf, basketball and baseball, and women's sports teams in volleyball and softball.
