Lakes Region Community College, LRCC, was established in 1967. Originally known as NHCTC-Laconia College, LRCC is now a part of the Community College System of New Hampshire. The campus is situated in Laconia, New Hampshire.
LRCC offers a number of associate's degrees and certificate courses. Programs are available in accounting, business management, early childhood education, electrical power and control technologies, nursing, and restaurant management.
LRCC supports various on-campus student clubs and organizations including the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, and Student Senate. Deserving candidates are provided with financial assistance in the form of Federal Pell grants, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants, work-study programs, and state incentive grants.
