Areas of Study

The Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking Program is a diploma program which teaches its participants innovative baking and pastry making techniques through practical education. Students will be exposed to both classical and modern methods.

Aspiring chefs may also consider the school’s Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program which combines demonstration-style classes with direct student involvement in food preparation. The associate’s degree program also adds general studies courses to provide the student with a complete education. For those who successfully complete the Associate of Science Degree Program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, the school also bestows its prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme.

While the school’s admissions philosophy is considered to be open and non-competitive, evidence of a high school diploma or its equivalent must be provided.
