LeMoyne-Owen College, LOC, traces its roots to the LeMoyne Normal and Commercial School which was founded in 1862. This institute became a 4-year college in 1930, and eventually came to be known as LeMoyne College. Owen College was established in 1947 as the S. A. Owen Junior College. LOC was officially created in 1968 when LeMoyne College merged with Owen College. This historically black college is situated in Memphis, Tennessee.

LeMoyne-Owen College grants the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees. These degree programs are offered through the following academic divisions:
