Lord Fairfax Community College is a comprehensive, multi-campus public institution of higher education located in Middletown, VA. It was established in 1970. LFCC offers more than 75 associate degree and certificate programs in diverse areas of study. LFCC enrolls more than 7,500 students every year. LFCC is also a member of the American Association of Community Colleges.

LFCC’s athletic department fields both men’s and women’s sports teams and its athletic teams are nicknamed the Cannons.
