Louisiana Technical College Jefferson Campus

Louisiana Technical College-Jefferson Campus, often referred to as LTC-Jefferson Technical, is situated in Metairie, Louisiana. Together with campuses in Harvey, New Orleans, and Slidell, it makes up the Region 1 of LTC. These campuses now offer academic programs in collaboration with the Delgado Community College.

LTC-Jefferson Technical grants the Associate of Applied Science degree in various fields of study. A number of technical certificates, and diploma programs are also available. Students can choose from courses in accounting technology, film and video production, automotive technology, nursing, culinary arts, and carpentry, among others.

A number of support services are available to the students of Louisiana Technical College-Jefferson Campus. Remedial assistance, career counseling, and job placement assistance are provided by the college. Financial aid is also offered to eligible candidates through Federal Pell Grants, student loans, and part-time employment opportunities. Students are also involved in on-campus organizations like Skills USA, and the Student Government Association.
