Louisiana Technical College-Lafayette Campus, located in Lafayette, Louisiana, was founded as the Lafayette Regional Institute on June 30, 1973. In 1982, the name of the institute was changed to Lafayette Regional Vocational Technical School, and, after several name changes, it was given its current name in July of 1995.

Louisiana Technical College-Lafayette Campus offers Associate of Applied Technology and Associate of Applied Science degrees. Various certificate and technical diploma programs are also available. Courses are offered in subjects like accounting technology, aviation maintenance technology, cosmetology, computer electronics technology, drafting and design technology, and hospitality and tourism.
