Student Activities and Recreation department of Lourdes College offers several recreational activities to students throughout the year. These include, yoga and pilates classes, volleyball, self defense, flag football, cornhole, badminton, indoor soccer and ladder golf. The college also has a fitness center with state of the art equipments to help students stay in shape throughout the year.
