Lower Columbia College, also known as LCC, is a community college located in Longview, Washington, United States. It was established in the year 1934 as Lower Columbia Junior College. The college serves the area around Cowlitz County. The existing campus was established in the year 1962. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.
LCC’s athletics department sponsors several men’s and women’s sports teams. The teams participate in sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer. LCC participates in the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC). The teams are nicknamed the Red Devils. The campus is also home to several student clubs and organizations.
