Luna Community College

Luna Community College, also known as LCC, was established in 1969 and is located in Las Vegas, New Mexico. LCC has two satellite centers in Santa Rosa, New Mexico and North-easterner NM towns of Mora. Majors are offered a number of fields such as business & professional studies, developmental education, health sciences, health sciences, and technologies among others. Associate’s degrees are awarded in Arts and Applied Science by LCC. In addition to this, LCC also provides a number of certification courses and community education.

LCC's athletics department fields various sports teams. The college teams are nicknamed as the Rough Riders. The Rough Riders participate in sports including baseball, and softball. LCC has an active student life and is home to several student clubs and organizations.
