The East Campus of Manatee Technical Institute was opened in 2001, and houses the Richard T. Conrad M.D. Medical and Dental Building. Manatee Technical Institute offers courses in the fields of information technology, and public service. Students can also opt for online courses. The MTI East Campus offers special programs in the health occupations.

The students of Manatee Technical Institute are involved in the National Technical Honor Society which promotes educational excellence and leadership.
