Marshalltown Community College, situated in Marshalltown, Iowa, was founded in 1927 as the Marshalltown Junior College. Commonly abbreviated as MCC, the college offers 2-year undergraduate courses and has over 70 study programs from which to choose.

MCC's athletics department fields teams for a number of intercollegiate level sports. Nicknamed the Tigers, the teams participate in events which include baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, volleyball and softball. MCC offers financial aid in the form of institutional scholarships such as the Gaylen Frazier Memorial Scholarship, the Ethel Grabenbauer Memorial Scholarship, the Janice Heiberger Davis Memorial Scholarship and the Garland Scholarship.
