Offering a wide array of different programs that yield an Associate's degree or certificate, anyone can find a career they love at McCann School of Business and Technology. Some of these programs include Administrative Office Technology, Medical Assisting, Network Administration, and Computer Science & Programming. Each campus offers a few unique programs, such as Surgical Technology at the Scranton campus, or Early Childhood Education at the Pottsville campus. All the programs at McCann School of Business and Technology are designed to get graduates directly into their professions with the experience necessary to succeed.
McCann School of Business and Technology Selectivity
Admission to the McCann School of Business and Technology, first an application must be filled out and sent to the admission's department. Next applicants must schedule and be interviewed by an Admissions Representative, as well as take an entrance evaluation to assess special needs. Proof of graduation from high school or an equivalent diploma is required, and an application fee must also be sent in. If not accepted, the fee may be refunded.

All of the faculty at McCann School of Business and Technology share the desire to help their students succeed in their career fields with their help and guidance. All the faculty have previous experience working and teaching in the industry, allowing for their experience and knowledge to be transferred directly to students, giving them the tools they need to become successful in their chosen industries. McCann School of Business and Technology Student Body
Most of the students that attend McCann School of Business and Technology are from the surrounding areas in Pennsylvania, as well as a large population from surrounding states such as New York. Since the campus is commuter based, most of the students commute to their campus of choice from home, allowing the normal continuation of their lives outside of classes. Some from out of state choose to move closer to the school to avoid a long commute, and because the surrounding areas around the campuses offer the small town experience that so many like to take advantage of.
McCann School of Business and Technology Student Life
Because the campus at McCann School of Business and Technology is commuter based, many are surprised to find that there are many elements of a residential campus at the school. There is a student government and student newspaper that students can take part in, and many other campus related activities and organizations. Pennsylvania is also a beautiful state, full of attractions and things to do all its own, including the Big Mac Museum, Academy of Natural Sciences, and the Hershey Giant Center.
