Overview of Medix School
The Medix School was founded in 1969 for the purpose of training personnel for the medical and dental professions. Despite a number of ownership changes in the ensuing years, Medix has been in continuous operation since its founding. With four campus locations in the U.S. (one in Georgia and three in Maryland), the school today offers a variety of programs in the allied health field. Medix also offers a limited number of technology programs which are available from its new Medix Technical Training Center, a division of the Medix School Atlanta campus. In addition to its U.S. facilities, Medix also operates campuses in Canada.
