Merced College is a public community college located in California. It was established in 1962. Merced offers students the opportunity to obtain both associate's degrees and vocational certificates. The college offers degrees and programs in various fields of study such as agriculture, humanities, math & engineering, and social science.

Merced College's athletic department fields sports teams for both men and women. Their sports teams participate in various sports including baseball, swimming and diving, track and field, football and water polo. The college runs various student organizations for the overall development and personal enrichment of the students.
