Mercy College of Health Sciences or MCHS is a private, co-educational institute in Des Moines, Iowa that was officially formed in 1995. The college offers Bachelor of Science Programs, and Associate of Science Programs in diagnostic medical sonography, medical assisting, radiologic technology, and physical therapist assistant, as well as others. It also provides numerous short-term certificate programs.

Mercy College of Health Sciences has a library equipped with information services, electronic discs, journals, books, reference materials, medical texts, videotapes, DVDs, and other helpful resources. MCHS produces 2 print and electronic publications: VitalSigns magazine - an alumni publication; and Mercy Messenger - a monthly student publication.

The students of MCHS are members of various Nursing Organizations and Allied Health Organizations including Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Mercy College Association of Nursing Students (MCANS), and Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
