Minneapolis Community And Technical College

Minneapolis Community and Technical College is a public community college situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The college is located close to Loring Park. MCTC was established in 1996 and offers enrollment to more than 10,000 students.

Minneapolis Community and Technical College was formed by the merger of the Minneapolis Community College and the Minneapolis Technical College. The college offers liberal arts and technical programs in various fields of study. MCTC has many societies and clubs, including a school newspaper.

MCTC's sports teams go by the name of Mavericks, and there are men's and women's intercollegiate golf and basketball teams. The school's official colors are yellow and purple.
