Minnesota State University, a public 4-year college in Mankato, Minnesota, was established in 1868. The college is set on nearly 300 acres of land. It offers enrollment to more than 15,000 students.

MSU operates KMSU 89.7 FM, a public radio station. The college offers more than 150 undergraduate programs. These are classified into 6 major areas:
