Overview of National School of Technology

National School of Technology (NST) offers certificate and diploma for a variety career oriented training programs. The school has multiple locations throughout Florida. Courses use a mix of class room lectures, and hands on training using the tools and techniques used by working professionals. The schools has been operating since February of 1977.

National School of Technology Selectivity

As with other schools operated by Corinthian Colleges, Inc., the admissions process is very simple. There are 3 major steps: (1) taking a campus tour; (2) filling out a simple application, and: (3) take a simple career assessment test. The focus of the test is to provide the student with information on what their skills and talents really are. Once these steps are complete, qualified students can also get assistance in obtaining financial aid.

National School of Technology Faculty Quality

The school actively recruits faculty with real world experience. As the curriculum at the school is career training oriented, this provides students with teachers who can share how they use the class room material themselves in their jobs.

Programs at NST are highly career focused, and as a result, so are the students. The student body is generally made up of people who want to get the training they need, and get embarked on their careers.

Students commute to their classes at NST. Many of the campuses are close to public transportation routes for those who don't have a car. The school also offers child care options for those who need it.
