The North Central Missouri College, also called the NCMC, was established in 1925 as Trenton Junior College. It is a junior, private institution located Trenton, Missouri with more than 1400 students. The college receives a large number of international applicants as well.

NCMC has a number of career programs for study. The institution offers associate’s degree in subjects which include agriculture, business administration, criminal justice and information technology, among others. Some of the one-year technical programs are accounting, medical assisting, and business management.

The College offers loans and scholarships to those students who require it. Nicknamed, the Pirates, the college has athletic teams that participate in a number of sports, such as basketball, softball, baseball and others. The teams compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association, Region 16.
