North County Community College, or NCCC, was founded by the people of Franklin and Essex Counties of New York in 1967. It is a community college based in Upstate New York, United States. The college is unofficially referred to as "The College of Essex and Franklin". The main campus of North County Community College is located in Saranac Lake, and additional campuses are in Malone and Ticonderoga.

North County Community College is associated with the State University of New York. The college offers associate’s and graduate degree programs, certificate programs, as well as distance learning courses in many subjects. Health care, law, computing, social sciences, and business are some of the areas of study at NCCC.

At North County Community College, students actively participate in intercollegiate sports competitions. The college is a member of the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association. The athletics teams of NCCC are nicknamed the Saints. Ice hockey, basketball, soccer, and softball are some of the sports played here.
