North Hennepin Community College, also referred to as NHCC, is a coeducational, community college located in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States. It was established in September, 1966, with the name North Hennepin State Junior College. NHCC originally did not have its own building so it held classes in the Osseo Junior High School in Osseo, Minnesota. In 1969, the College was moved to its current location at 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. In 1972, the College was given its present name. The College offers admission to more than 6,000 students every year.
