Northeast Texas Community College, also referred to as NTCC, is located in Mount Pleasant, Texas, United States. It was officially established in 1984. The campus is situated on 375 acres of land. NTCC offers Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees, certificates, and workforce programs. Distance education and continuing education programs are also available. In addition, students can opt for bachelor degrees in the fields of criminal justice and teacher education through the Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

Northeast Texas Community College's athletics department fields teams in baseball, softball, and rodeo. The teams are nicknamed the Eagles. Students are also members of various clubs and organizations including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Sigma Kappa Delta, English Honor Society, Art Bratz, and Delta Psi Omega (Theatre Fraternity).
