Northwest Nazarene University is a Christian liberal arts college located in Nampa, Idaho. It was founded as an elementary school in 1913. NNU is a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. The university offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. NNU is organized into the following academic schools:

  • School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences
  • School of Business
  • School of Education, Social Work and Counseling
  • School of Health and Science

NNU’s athletics teams participate in the NCAA Division II in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. The schools sponsors teams in basketball, baseball, cross country, golf, soccer, track & field and volleyball. NNU's official mascot is the Crusader. The campus also hosts several students clubs and organizations.
