We offer a European pastry and baking diploma program that can be completed in just 24 weeks, plus we offer professional continuing education courses. Our European pastry and baking program teaches the fundamentals you need to know to start your culinary career. Our one-of-a-kind curriculum was developed and is taught by World Pastry Champions Ewald Notter and Anil Rohira. Our other instructors include award-winning chefs and TV personalities who are leaders in the industry. Our class sizes are small, so students get individualized attention from instructors, plus we also provide plenty of hands-on learning and in-depth instructional materials.
