Ohio University-Chillicothe campus, popularly known as OU-C, is the oldest regional campus under the Ohio University. It was started in the year 1946, and is situated in Chillicothe, Ohio. OU-C's recent enrollments have been more than 2,000 students every year.

Students at the Ohio University-Chillicothe campus are offered associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in the fields of art, science, human services, nursing, computer science and technology, business management, and equine studies, among others.
