Owensboro Community and Technical College is a two year, public, open-admission college located in Owensboro, Kentucky. It was founded on June 10, 1986 and is one of the colleges of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. The college operates three campuses, all of which are located in Owensboro. OCTC offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.

OCTC's campuses are home to several clubs and organizations. The college also provides library services at all three of its campuses.
