Paradise Valley Community College is a 2-year community college in Phoenix, Arizona. It was set up by the Maricopa County Community College District as the Northeast Valley Education Center in the year 1985. PVCC was established in 1986. The college offers degrees in liberal arts, technical and vocational programs. PVCC is situated some distance from the actual town of Paradise Valley, Arizona.

The mascot of Paradise Valley Community College is the Puma and the official colors are sand and turquoise. The women's cross-country team won the national NJCAA championships in many consecutive seasons, while the men's team won a national title in 2004. Tennis, handball, soccer and golf are offered by PVCC.
