Patrick Henry Community College, popularly known as PHCC, is a public, two-year community college located in Martinsville, Virginia. It was established in the year 1962 as a two-year branch of the University of Virginia's School of General Studies. PHCC is part of the Virginia Community College System. PHCC offers over 30 associate degree programs, more than 10 certificate programs, and over 40 career studies certificate programs in diverse areas.

PHCC’s athletics department sponsors several men’s and women’s sports teams. PHCC is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The athletes participate in men’s baseball, women’s softball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, wrestling, and cheerleading. Their official mascot is the Sentinel.
