Piedmont Community College, also known as PCC, is located in Roxboro, North Carolina, United States. This campus is called the Person County Campus. The college was founded in the year 1970 and known as Person Technical Institute. PCC falls under the North Carolina Community College System. The college also has another campus located in Yanceyville. Students of PCC are offered associate degrees, diploma, and certificates in over 35 academic programs including human services technology, business administration, cosmetology, computer programming, and welding technology.

Students of Piedmont Community College participate in the many student clubs and organizations available at the school. Some of the clubs and organizations are Phi Beta Lambda, Phi Theta Kappa, Student Government Association, Cosmetology Club, Student Nursing Association, and Criminal Justice Club.
