Piedmont Technical College, PTC, is a two year, public, community college in Greenwood, South Carolina that was established in 1966. The college offers certificates, diplomas, and associate’s degrees in arts and sciences, agriculture, business, and technology. It also offers non-credit courses and training programs. Distance learning courses are offered as well.

The college has Greek letter clubs like Kappa Beta Delta, Kappa Kappa Sigma, Lambda Beta Society, Lambda Chi Ne, and Phi Theta Kappa. Other clubs and organizations include the Patient Care Tech Club, the Student Nurses’ Organization, the Respiratory Care Club, and the Christian Students Union. The college offers financial aid to eligible students in the form of scholarships, loans, and work study programs. Numerous foundation, memorial and corporate scholarships are also available.
