Pikeville College

Pikeville College, which was founded by the Presbyterian Church in 1889, was then known as the Pikeville College Institute. It separated into the Pikeville College Academy, and the Pikeville College in 1909. The academy closed in 1957. This private college is situated in Pikeville, Kentucky, and offers enrollment to students from more than 30 states and several countries worldwide.
