Prince George's Community College, or PGCC, was founded in 1958 as a community college in the community of Largo in Prince George's County, Maryland. The college serves more than 30,000 students. There are more than 200 academic, continuing education, workforce development, and personal enrichment programs. There are also a number of online courses and distance learning options for remote students.

Prince George's Community College has a number of campuses apart from the main campus in Largo. These include the:

  • Andrews Air Force Base
  • Skilled Trades Center in Camp Springs
  • University Town Center in Hyattsville

The college’s mascot is The Owl and the student newspaper is also called "The Owl". PGCC sponsors sports teams in soccer, volleyball, basketball, bowling, baseball, softball, golf and tennis.
