Quinebaug Valley Community College is a community college located in northeastern Connecticut. The college was established in 1971. QVCC offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study. It also offers continuing education programs and workforce training. The campus of the college is spread across an area of more than 65 acres.

Quinebaug Valley Community College hosts several student clubs and organizations, including The Alliance, the Art Club, the QVCC GREEN Team, Human Trafficking Awareness, Peace & Social Justice, QVD4, Rotaract and the Soldiers’ Angels. The campus is also home to several honor societies, including Alpha Beta Gamma, Epsilon Pi Tau and Phi Theta Kappa.
