San Diego Miramar College

San Diego Miramar College, also known as Miramar, is a two-year community college located in San Diego, CA, United States. It originally opened in 1969 as a training facility for San Diego's law enforcement personnel and firefighters. It later turned into a comprehensive community college. The college is administered by the San Diego Community College District.

The campus of Miramar is 125 acres. The college offers various facilities to its students including a high-tech computer business center, library, police academy, child development center, and a digital media lab.

The sports teams of San Diego Miramar College are nicknamed the Jets. They participate in various sports including basketball, soccer and water polo.
