San Jacinto College, or SJC, is a comprehensive community college system located in the Greater Houston area of Texas. Founded in 1961, the central campus is situated in Pasadena, Texas. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in several fields of study.

San Jacinto College offers both intercollegiate and recreational sports programs. The intercollegiate sports include men's baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's soccer, women's softball and women's volleyball. Some of the graduates of the college have gone on to become eminent personalities including Patrick Swayze, movie actor; Steve Francis, NBA player; and Sam Cassell - NBA Guard.
