Selectivity
The admission process at South University starts with requesting information, either by calling one of the admissions specialists at the campus or by requesting information online. After that, a prospective student should apply for admission, either through the online form available at the school's web site or through a standard mail-in form. South University will even pay to have any past transcripts you may have sent to the university. Then the only thing left to do will be to seek a meeting with an admissions and Financial planning specialist, to go over the payments, any loans or scholarships available, and to finalize the class schedule.
Faculty
The faculty at South University is one of a kind, giving students the experience and hands-on training they need to out-perform the competition in today's aggressive workplace. All professors have worked or taught in the fields they teach before, and hold themselves and their classes to the same standard of excellence that the rest of the school holds for itself. The faculty are always willing to give students the extra help they need, with individual attention being the foundation for the excellent education available at South University.
Student Body
The students who attend South University are diverse, as they can come from all over the world. Most campuses contain a majority of students from the surrounding states, but online students can attend the school from anywhere in the world that has an internet connection. Student Life
Student life at South University continues normally while they attend one of the excellent campuses located in Savannah, GA, Montgomery, AL, West Palm Beach, FL, and Columbia, SC, or Tampa, FL. Online classes allow for people to attend classes without leaving the comfort of home, or uprooting themselves to move closer to a campus. This allows for people to continue their family life, or a full-time job, or any other pursuit outside of the college to their liking, leaving classes to be taken and completed at the pace of the student, rather than the pace of the university.
