Southeastern Community College, commonly referred to as SCC, is a two-year, community college located in Burlington, Iowa, United States. It was established in the year 1982. It also operates campuses in Ft. Madison and Keokuk, Iowa. The college offers various associate degrees in arts and science, career learning programs, professional certificates, diplomas, and transfer programs in diverse areas of study. It also offers distance learning through online courses.

SCC’s athletics department offers several sports programs and teams. It is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), Region XI and participates in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC). Their sports teams are nicknamed the Blackhawks. The Blackhawks participate in various intercollegiate sports including baseball, basketball, softball, and volleyball.
